This film is, in part, a personal response to the life and teachings of Wilhelm Reich (1897-1957). Studying orgasmic reflex, as Sigmund Freud's first assistant, Reich discovered life energy, revealing the deep roots of fear of freedom, fear of truth, and fear of love in contemporary humans. All his life Reich fought against pornography in sex and politics. He believed in work-democracy, in an organic society based on liberated work and love.
